The aim is to create a space where we build you being a safe, mentally agile and high performer both personally and professionally. We focus on ABC = attitude, behaviour and character - the three areas we don't usually intentionally work on but often are the barriers to achieving our potential. My background allows me to connect with individuals in different environments, and together we will build personal responsibility, character/leadership attributes and areas you want to improve in enabling you to thrive through pressure.

As an integrative practitioner I fuse the disciplines of coaching/mentoring, mindfulness, neuroscience, psychology theory, trauma-informed practice/approaches and counselling skills. I am focussed on you having a space to offload, process and unpick life areas. Mentorship will build a safe and healthy space where we create compassion, accountability and challenge for the outcome of development as well as maximum performance, both personally and professionally.


In the list of certifications on Trauma I have a Bronze, Silver and Gold awards from training delivered by Nicola Lester and Trauma-Informed Coaching by The Centre for Healing - By being trauma-informed working alongside my psychology and neuroscience understanding allows me to understanding triggers, the emotions that are present and the different ways reactions may show up and hinder performance. I am able to navigate our challenge in the partnership with gentle but direct hands with the intention of making the habits and practice the focus of your growth, change or development.

I didn't have that for myself. My work is underpinned by informed practice, the understanding of human behaviour, trauma also called adverse experiences and various therapeutic/mindful activities. Working with me is about supporting excellence while in pressured environments and having a trustful champion in your corner. I advocate mindful activities to support regulation, agility and resilience. I work on the premise that you are a human who will experience all types of events and emotions but making sense of your circumstances while being mindful and intentional in how you navigate the world will be our focus.

I do not diagnose conditions. My work is outcome-based, linked to what your life hindrances are and moving to a place of acceptance and mindful habits and action.

Working with professional athletes but not exclusively, my approach is person centred,

which means I hold the view of a person's profession is not the main factor in their development, it is a contextual factor that makes up an overall development.

The one thing was this.... Life gives you challenges, conflict and disruption. That's a given, but how you respond to it matters, and it is a choice. Through my own journey of adversity and transformation,

I’ve learned that obstacles are not the barriers we often perceive them to be. Building a healthy, balanced life requires the same level of commitment to maintaining it.

True change stems from developing strong habits and challenging our own perspectives.

Maintaining mental agility comes with a board scope. However, we work together to tailor this. Whether it is goal setting, personal development or performance outcomes, I put you in front of the journey. The aim is to ensure you are safe and healthy while doing what you love. With external pressures and expectations sometimes, we adopt or are around others that display behaviours that may hinder development, decision-making or overcoming obstacles in a healthy way. Our open, robust and therapeutic space will support you in both your high-performance delivery and personal development.
