I started as a peer mentor at 15, now 40 I can tell you that it's not the knowledge that makes the difference, it is applying it. I believe in transparency because in a world that everyone is an expert I want you to know what are my qualifications and certifications. Likewise, I don't post players due to upholding the confidential space, players can share, post as they wish.

Main Qualifications

CMI LEVEL 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring - Masters Level Equivalent

This course covered the foundations of coaching and mentoring as a discipline. Understanding the differences and similarities and how different countries apply coaching and mentoring. Organisation culture and, KPI's and implementing a mentoring or coaching programme within an organisation. This course has given me extensive on how to use frameworks depending on the outcomes and identified reason for support.

LEVEL 5 Diploma in Psychology 

This course covered understanding psychology theory, counselling and relationships, communication, conflict management, education and sports psychology.

LEVEL 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills

This course covered counselling skills, psychology theory and therapeutic approaches, self development as well as care, working ethically, personal development and diversity within counselling skills.

NCFE Level 2 Certificate in understanding mental and mental health advocacy in the workplace

This course covers learning how to support individuals with their mental health, as well as what a mentally healthy environment is like.
