THE STORY SO FAR
Often referred to as a mentor because of the relationships that I build, which started at the age of 15. My sociology teacher noticed I got in with everyone and felt I could support a student in year 9. My aim was about connecting him to the goals he identified and breaking it down in how that looked. Since then, I have supported a wide range of people using mentoring, coaching as well as therapeutic approaches.

Psychological Athlete Mentoring
Sometimes as a professional athlete it can be difficult juggling the world expectations as well as your own life circumstances. As an athlete trust is not always a given, all our sessions will be confidential. I use a mix blend of approaches to give you a space to offload, process and stay focussed on the goals you have yourself. The aim is to support you in maintaining your mental agility, as well as not get lost in the culture that is demanding and full of expectations through nothing but opinions.

Executive coach
Working with professionals mainly from middle executive level. I am not here to judge but challenge you to think outside your lens for you to build healthier teams and efficient work practices. At a base level, connecting to professional values and standards should be the foundation of any change.

Trainer|facilitator|Presenter
My areas of specialism are trauma-informed approaches, safeguarding, coaching, mentorship, engagement. My work has seen me facilitate on various training days with the Metropolitan Police, as well as other policing constabularies on topics such as stop and search, engagement as well as racism.
