Our Story
Built on the understanding that context matters and watching others become accustomed to disconnection, ego-led practice and personal reasoning rather than an informed understanding and awareness of their impact or influence.
MINDFUL BRAINS ARE CREATED FROM MINDFUL PRACTICE, WHICH ACHIEVES AGILE PERFORMANCE
Agile Performance goes beyond traditional methods by recognising the human experience behind achieving the goal, focusing on safety, connection and the deeper drivers that shape behaviour. The result is performance that is grounded, purposeful, and adaptable in the moments that matter most.
Mentorship and facilitation grounded in mindfulness and psychology theory.

Contextual Development Specialist

With almost three decades working across education, social care, retail and hospitality fields, I saw many individuals turn up to learning mentally checked out, drawing on paper, sharing answers instead of drawing from their knowledge and not able to meet the minimum requirements of effective standards of care, service or protection.
You don't have to go far to find a report that reflects this
In education, some staff spent their time gossiping and judging students rather than listening to them. They cared more about teaching a topic instead of making learning connect and planting seeds of impact or influence.
In social care, many of the workers moaned how the clients were ungrateful rather than taking time to consider how it felt for one's life to take a turn or how it felt that you need people to clean, support or help and how vulnerable it feels.

In retail and hospitality, everyone I worked with failed their ABA mystery shopper visits or quality assurance inspections.

When I excelled in these areas, I was called teacher's pet among other things or blamed for wanting to impress my manager rather than seeking why I just did my job. I didn't get it, but along my own personal journey, I realised that work was a protective factor for me; I could control this area of my life somewhat. I did the work and got the results.
I still had blocks at work, but even bigger, personally, I was struggling to connect to the same impact, and if I am honest, I didn't think there was an issue because I was doing the same as everyone - just get on with it.
